Experience Organic Spice plantation ( 1- 1.5 hrs)
Thekkady in Kerala state India's largest wildlife sanctuary and covered with organic spices is a dream destination for any tourist visiting India. The chill climate of Thekkady will refresh your mind and body. The state is the spice capital of the world. Over Twelve varieties of spices is cultivated in Thekkady and its neighbouring villages.
We start the walking tour though the organic plantation where we can see the different types of organic dried Fruits, Cereals, such as Vanilla, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Anise star, Poppy seed, Black pepper, Cardamom etc... for one and a half hours.
Experience Tea plantation walk( 1 hrs)
Explore a golden piece of legacy to scribble down in your travel journal this. It is the oldest tea plantation in Thekkady.It is very joyful to walk through lush green tea estate enjoying the cool breeze blended with the sweet aroma of tea leaves and also can see the classic tea factory. Also we can see the process of withering, crushing, fermenting, tearing and curling of the leaves.
Then will be moving to the coffee plantation for 30 minutes, where we show how the tea is collected and transported and then ends with tea plantation visit for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Experience Coffee plantation walk and coffee factory Visit( 1 hrs)
One of the main element in the Coffee Factory is to enjoy the Arabica Coffee (coffee arabica) is a species of flowering plant in the coffee. Arabica have a smoother,sweeter and more nuanced flavour than other coffee. It is believed that it is the first coffee to have been cultivated and is currently the domain cultivator.
Here first we move towards the coffee plantation factory, where we will show you how the coffee is converted to coffee powder. After this We'll have authentic Kerala Lunch.
